Charlotte is the founder of Connected Therapy Group and a grounded, compassionate clinician committed to helping clients cultivate authentic connection—with themselves, others, and the world around them.
Charlotte earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University, following a post-baccalaureate program in Psychology at Columbia University. She holds a B.A. in German Literature and a Certificate in European Studies from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, reflecting a long-standing curiosity about identity, belonging, and human connection.
Charlotte brings extensive experience in clinical practice, program development, and teaching. She has worked across the continuum of care in New York City—including detox, residential, and outpatient settings—and has designed and led treatment programs addressing substance use, eating disorders, trauma, and relational challenges. In addition to her clinical work, she has served as an adjunct professor at NYU and regularly presents at national conferences on topics related to therapy and behavioral health.
Charlotte’s therapeutic approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and polyvagal-informed trauma therapy, grounded in a relational, emotionally attuned style. She supports individuals, couples, and families navigating a range of concerns, including substance use, trauma, codependency, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
