Pathway Sessions Restarted

On Wednesday, November 18 at 7PM, NCPSG’s Pathway Series of monthly education meetings will be restarted after a 6-month hiatus due to COVID.

Our Pathway Sessions were held in the past at the New Canaan YMCA, but physical meetings have been deferred for the foreseeable future.

Each meeting will consist of a Zoom video format, and will comprise 20-30 minutes of presentation followed by Q&A.  We decide on topics based on feedback and suggestions from parents and our community partners.

The November 18th session will be on health insurance advocacy, which means the idea of getting the full benefits from health insurance for behavioral health related claims.  Our speaker is Scott Leshin, CEO of SJ Health Insurance Advocates.  SJ is a firm dedicated to behavioral health insurance claims management and advocacy.
