Our Vigil is coming back

On August 30 at 7pm, we will be hosting our 7th Annual Community Addiction Awareness Vigil in downtown New Canaan. We are returning to our same location as years past, specifically 6 South Avenue which is bordered by a Dunkin Donuts franchise.

This year, we have three new testimonial speakers who will share their stories of redemption and hope, Ian, Keri, and Nick. Given our Vigil theme of “Families Empower Recovery”, each speaker will be introduced by one of their parents. Thank you, speakers and parents!

Also returning this year are: Emcee: John Hamilton; Music: Scott Troyer & Friends, Pivot Ministries Choir; a dozen local clergy for the candlelight vigil, led this year by Cheryl Bundy and Dan Sklar.

We thank all of our participants for stepping forward, and look forward to seeing you on August 30th. Please come early to listen to soothing music, apply tributes to our Hope & Remembrance Wall, access resources, and make new friends.
